1) What Happens Next?

A confirmation email with event details & proposed schedule will go out on Wednesday the 13th of August 2025 and the draws and schedule will be released on Monday the 18th of August 2025.

2) Entry Fees

Entry Fee payments for all players must be paid in advance to secure your place in the event.

1) If you have selected payment by bank transfer for your £30.00 entry fee, the bank details to do so are below.

3) Refund Policy

• Withdrawals before entries closing date on Monday 11th August 2025 – 100% Refund

• Withdrawals after the closing date – No Refund

Note: If you are on the reserve/waiting list and do not make it into the event, you will receive a full 100% refund.
