1) What Happens Next?

A confirmation email with event details & proposed schedule will go out on Monday the 31st of March 2025 and the draws and schedule will be released on Thursday the 3rd of April 2025.

2) Entry Fees

Entry Fee payments for all players must be paid in advance to secure your place in the event.

3) Refund Policy

• Withdrawals before entries closing date on Sunday 30th March 2025 – 100% Refund

• Withdrawals after the closing date but before draws are prepared on Tuesday 1st April 2025 @1pm – 50% Refund

• Withdrawals after Tuesday 1st April 2025 @ 1pm – No Refund

Note: If you are on the reserve/waiting list and do not make it into the event, you will receive a full 100% refund.
