1) What Happens Next?

A confirmation email with event details & proposed schedule will go out on Monday the 24th of August 2026 and the draws and schedule will be released on Wednesday the 26th of August 2026.

2) Entry Fees

Entry Fee payments for all players must be paid in advance to secure your place in the event.

3) Refund Policy

• Withdrawals before entries closing date on Monday 17th August 2026 – 100% Refund

• Withdrawals after the closing date – No Refund

Note: If you are on the reserve/waiting list and do not make it into the event, you will receive a full 100% refund.
