A confirmation email with event details & proposed schedule will go out on Monday the 9th of November 2026 and the draws and schedule will be released on Wednesday the 11th of November 2026.

Entry Fee payments for all players must be paid in advance to secure your place in the tournament.

• Players withdrawing after Sun 1st November 2026 but before Sun 8th November 2026 – 50% Refund
• Players withdrawing after Sunday, 8th November 2026 – No Refund
