Welcome to the tournaments section! We have had the pleasure of working with a number of clubs in Kent to bring top class and memorable tournaments to their venues that bring together players of all standards from players new to competitive squash right the way up to Professional Top 20 ranked players in the world!!
We have run a variety of events over single days and weekends namely singles tournaments, mixed age graded tournaments, doubles tournaments, racketball tournaments and PSA events with graded tournaments alongside them.
Most events can be held at any club with two or more courts and can be run over a single day or weekend.
The main advantages of running a tournament at your club are:
Hosting a tournament at your club can provide great exposure to your club in this day and age when everyone interacts on social media on a daily basis! An event involving a lot of players locally or world ranked professionals can also build the social side of your club as well!
Almost all events can be run at relatively low cost to the host club as the bulk of the running costs (admin, prizes, t-shirts etc) are usually covered by player entry fees in most cases and for bigger events with prize money, this is usually covered by local sponsors. Each tournament is largely unique so can be adjusted to suit all budgets and requirements!
Running a tournament at your club can also bring added revenue to the club especially for club bars, kitchens and restaurants as players that are at the event for the duration of the day/weekend will need food and drink to keep them going! These events are also a good way to promote other social events as you will be catering to a captive audience.
