This event will be a weekend graded event run on Saturday the 9th and Sunday 10th May 2026
A Grade – Players in a county Premier or 1st Division League Team (Squash Levels: 5000 - 20,000).
B Grade – Players in a County League 2nd or 3rd Division League Team (Squash Levels: 2600 - 4999).
C Grade – Players in a County League 4th or 5th or Lower Division League Team (Squash Levels: 1200 - 2599).
D Grade – Non-Team Players who play recreationally or in a Club internal League (Squash Levels: 400 - 1199).
E Grade – Players who are beginners and are fairly new to the game (Squash Levels: 0 - 399).
Racketball – Players of all racketball standards.
• Trophies will be awarded to all grade and plate winners and finalists.
• Entry fee of UK and non Netherlands based players is £68.00 (One Category) or £99 (Two Categories) and is payable by either bank transfer or online via credit/debit card. Please note that entry fees must be paid in advance in order to secure your place in the category that you have entered.

• Entry Fee includes The Amsterdam Classic III tournament t-shirt.
• All players are guaranteed a minimum of five matches as the event will be run using a monrad format over the 2 days.
• All matches will be Best of 3, PAR 11 Scoring (2 clear at 10-10)
• All matches results will be logged onto League Master and imported into Squash Levels

• Players arrive in Amsterdam, tournament introduction and a session of fun doubles in the evening followed by dinner and drinks (nothing too crazy!!).
• 10am to 7pm - Tournament starts with the first few rounds of the A to E Grades & Racketball taking place (Monrad or Group Format for all grades). Everyone will have two or three matches on the Saturday. This is followed by the Saturday Night BBQ Party at the club and a night out in Amsterdam.
• 10am to 6:30pm - Tournament final rounds for all grades and racketball, followed by trophy presentation, dinner and drinks.
• Players fly/Eurostar back home (hungover, once again questioning their life choices and wondering why they didn't learn from the last year's event!
The following hotels below have been recommended and all are close to the city centre and the tournament venue:
Best Western Amsterdam is located in Amsterdam West district, just off the A10 city ring and 20 minutes' by public transport from the old city centre. It features a private parking space, 24-hours reception, bar and terrace.
Rooms at Best Western Amsterdam have en suite bathrooms with a shower, toilet and free toiletries. Other amenities include television, safe and work desk.
An international breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant every morning. Our restaurant has limited opening times in the evening.
The in-house bar features a lounge area with TVs. It offers several snacks and a wide variety of beverages. During summer guests can enjoy a drink at the terrace.
Situated in Amsterdam and with Vondelpark reachable within 2.7 km, Olympic Hotel features express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a bar. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also has a restaurant and a terrace. The accommodation offers a shared lounge, a concierge service and ticket service for guests.
The rooms are fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, a kettle, a shower, a hairdryer and a desk. At the hotel rooms are fitted with a wardrobe and a private bathroom.
Guests at Olympic Hotel can enjoy a buffet breakfast.
The Hotel Artemis Amsterdam located on Rieker Business park offers modern rooms less than 20 minutes by car from the centre of Amsterdam. It includes a waterside terrace for warm days.
The rooms at Hotel Artemis Amsterdam are decorated with natural materials and colours. Each has art on the walls, a desk chair and a selection of video-on-demand movies. Free WiFi is available.
Restaurant-Bar De Stijl serves modern cuisine prepared with seasonal Dutch ingredients. The restaurant and bar have been inspired in design and menu by the art movement made famous by Piet Mondriaan. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Festive days (but open for breakfast only)
Comfortable Accommodations: Mercure Hotel Amsterdam West in Amsterdam offers comfortable rooms with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and modern amenities. Each room includes a work desk, free WiFi, and a flat-screen TV.
Dining and Leisure: Guests can enjoy a fitness centre, sun terrace, and a beautiful garden. The modern restaurant serves French cuisine with brunch, lunch, and dinner options. A bar offers a selection of cocktails in a romantic setting.

Corendon Amsterdam New-West, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is located in Amsterdam and has free WiFi access available. The property also offers a restaurant and a fitness centre.

The property features an Adults Only Spa with paid access to its facilities like a swimming pool, steam room and Sauna.
At Corendon Amsterdam New-West, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel you will find a 24-hour front desk, a terrace and a bar. Other facilities offered at the property include a ticket service, a tour desk and luggage storage. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings such as cycling.
There will be a BBQ Party on the terrace of the Club on Saturday the 9th of May 2026. This will run from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
